November 2022 IN PERSON workshop signup
After a two-year hiatus we are carefully easing into in-person workshops again! Join us for an informal afternoon of gently coached consort playing and enjoy the long lost opportunity (for many) to play live music with others. This smaller sized and shorter than usual workshop is designed as a “Play-in”. Participants will play for two one hour sessions in two different groups.
The workshop will take place Sunday November 6, 2022 at the Powers music school at 380 Concord Ave, Belmont MA. The registration deadline is October 30 and the maximum number of participants is 15. Register ASAP to reserve a spot! Late registrants will be accepted only if space is available.

No need to bring a stand, Masks required, Bring your own snack and drink, there will be no shared food.

The Powers Music School is located in the lower level of 380 Concord Ave. by the Armenian Church. Access is from the rear parking lot, where there should be ample space. The driveway to the lot is on the right side. Do not park in the church’s front lot; street parking is fine. Gather in the main waiting area.
The fee for the workshop is $40 for members and $60 for non-members. If you indicate on the signup form that you would like to join the society, your first year’s membership will be free! If this poses a challenge for you, contact our treasurer. Again, the registration deadline is October 30, 2022.
