2020 Silbiger Grant Concert — POSTPONED

The 2020 Silbiger Grant concert has been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Schola Cantorum will make every effort to reschedule some time in early summer.

The viol consort made up of Sarah Mead, Hannah Davidson, James Peretta, and Emily Walhout will join the twelve professional singers of the Schola Cantorum on Gibbons verse anthems and motets by Robert White. The viols alone will play consort music by Ferrabosco, Gibbons, and Byrd.

The concerts take place at the following times and places.

Friday March 13^th  at 8 pm
First Lutheran Church,
299 Berkeley St, Boston MA [MBTA Arlington or Charles]

Saturday March 14^th at  8 pm
St. Martin’s Church,
50 Orchard Ave, Providence RI [Wayland Square]
